What People are Saying about Our Ministry:
"Thanks so much for the privilege to participate in the Liturgy/worship seminars. I was greatly blessed." Manuel Padilla, BEAMM Missionary, Juarez, Mexico
"Thanks so much for all you have done on behalf of the Seminary community and the churches in El Paso/Juarez area. The testimonies of pastors and members about the results of your work are very positive. We are looking forward to an even better service to the Lord and His Church here at the US/Mexico border as we continue working together. There is much work to do in all areas. Your participation in the areas of liturgy, worship, and the many aspects of music and art in the Christian life, would be an important help to all of us. As a Seminary, we would like to express our deep appreciation to you and all who have participated in the different conferences and workshops which have been offered so far. The relationship between San Pablo Seminary and Anchored Music Ministries has been blessed and it has been a blessing to many." Rev. Aaron Zapata, San Pablo Seminary, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico
"We in the church leadership and our congregation were very excited about the ideas Bryan presented...He can work with musicians to help them become better worship leaders and with congregations to help them be better worshippers. We thank you for sending him and look forward to working with him again." -- Pastor Ismael Elias da Silva, First Presbyterian Church of Varginha, Brazil
"You're more than just our teacher -- you're our brother and friend! Thanks for all you have done for us!" -- Wonder Awumey, student, Ghana Worship Workshops 2002 and 2003
"Beyond his 'classroom' background, Bryan has evidenced commendable leadership skills in directing a diverse team of volunteers and staff, ranging in age from teens to prime-timers. With six years of experience in leading worship workshops and teaching seminars to equip worship leaders, his love for people of diverse backgrounds and cultures, his heart for missions and hands-on involvement in foreign missions projects, and his desire to offer practical assistance while sharing the gospel, it is no surprise to those of us who know him that he senses a call from God to use his abilities, his training and experiences, his leadership and communication skills for the building of Christ's kingdom around the world." -- Dr. Wilson Benton, Kirk Of The Hills Church
"Bryan’s music ministry has been a supreme blessing to me and to this congregation, and I assure you that it will be a blessing to you and yours as well...I urge you to give Bryan whatever opportunity you can to share the love of Christ and encouragement for His people....you will never be the same. " -- Rev. Chuck Legvold, First Presbyterian Church of Olathe, KS
"Bryan is more than concerts. He is a committed believer who is learning more about what it means to trust in the provisions of the Lord....Not an aloof artist, rather, he is a man who can and does relate to the needs of his audience." -- Rev. Jimmy Dodd, West Hills Community Church, Shawnee, KS.
"He understands the needs of today's youth...and should make a positive impact on their lives...desperately needed." -- Rev. Ron Matthews, Holston Home For Children, Greeneville, TN
"His ministry in song as well as his heart to serve Jesus are a great mix!" -- Pastor Jack Little, Grace Chapel Of the Coast, Carlsbad, CA
"Bryan's fresh and personal style spoke to me directly. He is a man of the people...my kind of leadership." -- Rev. Arnie Koriath, Church of The Beatitudes, Phoenix, AZ
"I believe you will find his music opens doors to many different age groups." -- Pastor Roy Nelson, 10th Avenue United Methodist Church, Hutchinson, KS
“It’s apparent that Bryan has a real passion for the work he is doing in Mexico. He has so many relationships there. It made it really easy to work with him and it was easy for us to do our job because of his advance preparation.” - Eric Dalbey
We can tell that having Bryan here was a pleasure for us. We appreciate his kindness in making all effort to be here ministering and helping people in our church. His musical gift is wonderful and his balanced view of music in worship service was really helpful. Even beeing a short time we can account the benefits for lasting time! – Manasses Villaca
It was a tremendous help for me since it revitalized the program I was studying at the university, and made music theory very simple for me.
We were taught a lot of aspects of music including church music history, how to effectively rehearse your choir, Voice training and how good voice is produced, the meaning of Worship and steps by step approach to order of worship, what God expects from the worshipper and what we should expect from God during worship.
We also studied various easy ways of composing Christian music of all kinds like hymns, choruses, praise songs in various styles for which I was able to compose songs for my maiden music album with my church singers entitled “Madzi Ha” which means “I will Sing”.
They made us understand the importance of using and blending the available Ghanaian traditional instruments like the “atenteben” (bamboo flute) with the western instruments in praise of God at church which we did not do much before then.
The result is great and rewarding, because I have seen many of the young partakers become great music directors and instrumentalists in their congregations even thou they knew virtually nothing before then.
